Through the use of music and unique visual styles, Just Wright  and Brown Sugar  depict healthy black love.Populated by stunning, lively women who use black vernacular, Just Wright  creates a romantic world that springs up to the accented rhythms of black idioms like RB, jazz, and hip-hop. The love story in an urban world is depicted to revolve around Latifahs quest to find her ideal black man (Pough 32). The film lingers on the palatability of sexual tension that often burst at the scenes. It involves a pin on romance featuring Common, a recording artist, and Latifah.
